Má bakalářská práce se zabývá aktivizací dospělých klientů s mentálním postižením v ústavní péči a psychologickými předpoklady zaměstnanců provádějících aktivizaci. Aktivizace úzce souvisí s možným porušováním práv klientů a hrozícím střetem zájmů mezi pracovní povinností zaměstnance a právem klienta. Problémové situace jsme si s týmem pracovníků v přímé péči formou sociálně psychologického výcviku identifikovali, prožili a vytvořili metodiku, jak postupovat v jednotlivých situacích.
Metodika bude sloužit jako návod chování zaměstnanců ke klientům v případě, když nastane problémová situace.

My bachelor‘s degree work is about motivation of adult clients with mental damage in permanent care of our medical institute and psychological conditions of our stuff employees working with them in terms of motivation. Motivation is slightly connected with possible violation of clients rights and also with possible conflict of interests between the employee‘s responsibilities and the clients rights. Our team identified these situation due the experiences and intensive work with our clients, using the form of social-psychological approach to solve these situations under different circumstances. Our methodology will be used as a employee‘s guide when such situation should occur.
