Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou současného stavu migrace cizinců do České republiky a sociálně patologickými jevy, které s ní souvisí. V první části bakalářské práce, která je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly, jsou popsány různé formy a typy této migrace. Druhá část je zaměřena na migraci slovenských Romů do České republiky po vstupu České republiky a Slovenské republiky do Evropské unie a na možné příčiny této migrace. V poslední části je popisována kriminalita, která souvisí s migrací cizinců do ČR a to převaděčství a obchod s lidmi. Pro rozsáhlou formu trestného činu obchod s lidmi je popis zaměřen na obchod s lidmi za účelem sexuálního vykořisťování a obchod s lidmi za účelem nucené práce. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou popsány současné možnosti při snižování jak nelegální migrace, tak trestné činnosti, která s ní souvisí.
Annotation in English
The Bachelor Thesis describes and analyses the present state of foreigner migration to the Czech Republic and socially pathological phenomena related to that. In part one of the Bachelor Thesis which is divided in two chapters, various forms and types of this migration are described. Part two is centred on the migration of the Slovak Gypsies to the Czech Republic after the entry of Czech and Slovak Republics to the Europian Union and on possible causes of this migration. In the last part the criminality which is related to the foreigner migration to the Czech Republic is described, namely smuggling people and human trade. The notion ‘human trade‘ is very wide and that is why the description picks out the smuggling poeple which is oriented in sexual exploitation and forced labor. In conclusion of the Bachelor Thesis contemporary possibilities of both illegal migration and crime, which is related to that, are described.
