Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou konfliktů na pracovišti Městské policie Kolín. Konflikty jsou součástí našeho každodenního života a promítají se do všech jeho činností. V mé bakalářské práci jsem se omezil na konflikty vznikající při jednání mezi strážníkem a přestupcem.
V prvé části jsem se zaměřil na vysvětlení základních pojmů, především na komunikační dovednosti a efektivní metody sebezdokonalování.
V druhé části jsem se snažil analyzovat sociálně psychologickou situaci na Městské policii Kolín a stanovit základní směry a podmínky ke zkvalitnění pořádkové služby.
Annotation in English
This bachelor work deals with the problems of the conflicts at the town-police work place in Kolin. The conflicts build the main part of our daily life and we meet them in all our activities. This bachelor work deals with the conflicts being caused between the policeman and the offencer.
In the first part I explained the main conceptions especially arts of communication and effective methods of refinement.
In the other part I fried to analyse the social-psychological situation of the town-police in and lay the main directions and conditions for the improving of the disciplinary service.
