Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím tenzidů na bázi cukrů pro kosmetické aplikace. Úvodní část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku tenzidů, jejich klasifikaci a vlastnosti. Další kapitoly popisují složení tenzidů na bázi cukrů, jejich strukturu, fyzikálně-chemické vlastnosti a klasifikaci dle různých kritérií. V závěru jsou uvedeny příklady komerčně dostupných produktů včetně složení, s důrazem na obsažené cukrové tenzidy.

The bachelor thesis is engaged in the use of sugar-based surfactants for cosmetic applications. The introductory part is focused on characteristics, classification and properties of surfactants in general. Further chapters describe the composition of sugar-based surfactants, their structure, physical-chemical properties and classification according to different criteria. Examples of commercially available products based on sugar surfactants, their use and composition, are described in the final part of this bachelor thesis.
