Educational goals As the processing of natural and synthetic polymers is, from the theoretical point of view, a complex issue, study in this branch has quite an interdisciplinary character. Not only background of general, physical and chemical basics, but also specif ic knowledge from the area of the structureand properties of macromolecular substances and their processing are required. Attention is also paid to machinery, equipment and tools used at polymer processing. In the education process computers are widely used. This specialization is intended for both levels: BSc. and MSc. degree. Both levels are complemented with knowledge from the area of economics and marketing.
Specialization profile A study programme is aimed to promote the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, research and development and to lead students to apply this knowledge and develop their creative facilities
