Educational goals The bachelor study provides students with general information from the field and introduces them to the knowledge related to their specialization. The first four semesters of the study focus on scientific and engineering disciplines, including necessary laboratory practice, information technologies and several subjects related to the scope of study. The third year offers more specialized subjects and subjects from the field of environmental protection. The study also contains subjects that are common to all study courses within the study programme Chemistry and Materials Technology. The study is completed by the final state examination and a successful defence of the bachelor thesis.
