Educational goals
Annotation This three-year study programme trains experts for technical, technological and supervisory positions in food production companies. The study provides students with theoretical education as well as with laboratory experience in the field of general, inorganic, analytical and physical chemistry and biochemistry. The study programme contains basic courses in mathematics, physics, information technology and economics. It focuses on the food chemistry and food analysis, microbiology and food technology, physiology and human nutrition, economics of food production and marketing. The study is completed by the final state examination and a successful defence of the bachelor thesis.
Specialization profile A study programme aims at providing qualifications for entering a profession or a Maste´s study programmme, draws directly on current knowledge and methods while also including theoretical knowledge
