Educational goals Teacher training for lower primary school teachers, in accordance with demands of current curriculum for primary education. The starting point of the study is a holistic model of teacher student's self-concept, a holistic model in concept of a pupil and curriculum where the centre of gravity are pedagogical and psychological disciplines, field primary education subject didactics(Czech language and literature, foreign languages, mathematics, physical education, art, music, crafts, integrated science basis ) and synthesizing disciplines. The integrating element during all study in every semester is continuous pedagogical practice and its reflection in student's professional portfolio.
Annotation Teacher training for lower primary school teachers, in accordance with demands of current curriculum for primary education. Specialization profile Příprava učitelů prvního stupně základní školy v souladu s požadavky současného kurikula pro základní vzdělávání. Východiskem koncepce studia je uvedený celostní model sebepojetí studenta učitelství, celostní model v pojetí žáka i kurikula, jehož těžištěm jsou pedagogické a psychologické disciplíny, oborové didaktiky předmětů primárního vzdělávání (českého jazyka a literatury, cizího jazyka, matematiky, pohybové, výtvarné, hudební a pracovní výchovy, integrovaného vědního základu pro předměty prvouka, vlastivěda a přírodověda) a syntetizující disciplíny. Integrující složkou studia jsou ve všech semestrech studia průběžné a souvislé pedagogické praxe a jejich reflexe v profesním portfoliu.

Graduate profile The graduate is able to project and implement both upbringing and educational activities in primary education at lower primary schools or in educational institutions on primary levels. The graduates are equipped with contextual knowledge of cultural and social consequences of primary education, they know psychological conditions of upbringing and education, are able to apply pedagogical and didactic programmes at lower primary schools. The study field in its compulsory optional part enables the students to deal with specific needs of pupils, schools and regions and with new issues of inclusion at primary school. The graduates of the study field are eligible to carry out a profession of lower primary school teacher.
