Educational goals Field goal is to equip students to develop the necessary competence acquired knowledge, skills and competencies in the mobilization of human capital. Emphasis is also placed on trying to equip students with specific competencies and to prevent the particular non-profit sector and thereby improve the quality of education, training and care for adults in accordance with the new educational trends.
Annotation The study program focuses on the management of human resources in the non-profit sphere, so the study plan focuses especially on adult education and education in connection with the development of human capital in the non-profit sector. The aim of the study is to lead students to understand current phenomena and processes related to work with human resources in the non-profit sphere, both state (government, self-government, budgetary and contributory organizations) and non-governmental (social, educational, etc.).
Specialization profile A study programme aims at providing qualifications for entering a profession or a Maste´s study programmme, draws directly on current knowledge and methods while also including theoretical knowledge

Graduate profile Graduates of the Andragogy study program acquire basic theoretical knowledge in the fields of andragogy and andragogical thinking (they understand the basic andragogical theories, know the history of adult education, know the principles and principles of didactics of adult education, plan and implements educational activities for adults), the functioning of the public sector legislation and practical functioning of state, self-governing and non-profit entities), psychology (know the basic terminology in psychology, know the specifics of psychological development of individual ages, realize the influence of the social environment on the human psyche), sociology (know basic terminology in sociology, functioning of contemporary society, understand social phenomena affecting andragogical work in practice) and management in the non-profit sphere (know basic managerial processes and processes, understand the rules of management human resources, use different communication techniques when working with clients or employees).

Graduates are ready for qualified professions in management, education and training of employees or clients in various non-profit organizations. In public administration, graduates are employed as experts in adult education and human resources management in the non-profit sphere, e.g. in ministries, labor offices and other organizational units of the state.
Positions suitable for
graduates
In the self-government graduates find employment by regional and municipal authorities. Graduates also apply to non-governmental non-profit organizations focusing on adult education.
Admission requirements The requirements for admission are regulated by the internal standard of the faculty. Only candidates with full secondary education acquired within the set term of enrollment for study may be accepted for study. Another condition for admission is the successful completion of the National Comparative Exam (NSZ), which aims to verify the applicant's prerequisites for study, especially to assess his / her knowledge and ability to study.
