Key learning outcomes The main goal of the study in the study program Management and Marketing is to prepare students both A) for their work in practice in the private, public and non-profit spheres in middle and senior management, with the ability of independent and comprehensive decision-making while applying a systematic and creative approach to problem solving. on the basis of knowledge and application of selected theoretical concepts, procedures and methods with the subsequent choice of the appropriate method of adaptation to systemic changes and global trends and resistance to external and internal risks, so B) for subsequent doctoral studies in the field or related. The aim of the study is to acquire professional knowledge, skills and general competences in the areas of management and marketing, including their specifics, which will enable graduates to orient themselves in professional problems focused on management, marketing, design management and public administration management. Other goals of the study include the acquisition of the necessary professional skills that will enable the acquired knowledge in an independent, creative and ethical way in professional practice, aimed at obtaining new information and their reflection leading to the development of new approaches and methods of management and marketing. Last but not least, the aim of the study program is to acquire the necessary general skills that will enable graduates to hold positions in managerial and managerial positions in connection with the application of their language skills to operate in an international globalizing environment, taking into account the need for development and education, coordination of activities, team cooperation and awareness of responsibility for their decisions not only to the organization but also to society. Last but not least, an understanding of the general connections between the disciplines studied and the acquisition of the ability to use and further develop the acquired knowledge, skills and competences in one's professional life.

Persistence requirements K tomu, aby mohl student FaME pokračovat ve studiu ve druhém roce magisterského studijního programu (dále jen "MSP"), je nutno získat alespoň 65 % kreditů z povinných předmětů za první rok studia podle aktuálních studijních plánů pro dané studijní programy a obory. Výše kreditů nutných pro postup do druhého roku studia MSP se zaokrouhluje na celé kredity dolů a je zveřejněna v Rozhodnutí děkana pro příslušný akademický rok.
