Po novele vysokoškolského zákona má každý student právo podávat žádosti elektronicky. Tento způsob lze využít například pro podání žádosti o zanechání studia, přerušení studia nebo o mimořádné stipendium.

Na této stránce naleznete popis práce s tímto modulem.

Moje UTB je oficiální mobilní aplikace pro studenty a vyučující Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. V aplikaci naleznete detailní přehled o studiu včetně přehledného rozvrhu, harmonogramu zkouškových termínů nebo interaktivní mapy kampusu.

Můžete si zapisovat či odepisovat zkouškové termíny a mít tak plnou kontrolu nad studiem na dosah ruky. A co víc, jste ihned upozorněni na zadanou známku v IS/STAG nebo na uvolnění zaplněného zkouškového termínu.

• Account Activation

1. Install a multi-factor authentication application, such as Microsoft Authenticator (1 2) or Google Authenticator.
2. Go to portal.utb.cz.
3. If you are unable to open the portal.utb.cz portal or you see the error message "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS", we recommend clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. Alternatively, try opening the portal in a different browser or in incognito mode. This problem is usually caused by the settings or data stored on your device.
4. Open the e-mail delivered to your private e-mail inbox. The e-mail with the activation key is sent automatically after the faculty has enrolled you in the study, approximately the next day after enrollment at 8:30 a.m.
5. Enter the activation key on the portal.utb.cz portal in the "UTB account activation or password reset" section. We recommend copying and pasting the key, as manual transcription often leads to errors or incomplete entry of some characters.
6. Scan the displayed QR code using an authentication application.
7. After completing the previous step, the application will display a one-time verification code (OTP) - a six-digit numeric code that automatically changes every 30 seconds.
8. Also, set up your private email address for password recovery on the portal.utb.cz portal. Without this address, it will not be possible to reset your password in the future. We recommend that you do this immediately after activating your account. Please note that technical support may not be available on weekends and public holidays.
9. You can now log in to the system using the username you can find on the portal.utb.cz portal (e.g. v_novak) and the password you created in the previous steps.

If the system reports "Your e-mail is not filled in STAG or you entered the wrong personal identification number, or the user with the personal identification number does not exist.", you have not yet been enrolled in the study by the study department. Wait a few days or contact the study department of the faculty and check whether you are really registered in the system, or when they will enroll you. Technical support is not used to check the status of your enrollment.

It is always better to check the SPAM folder to see if the email you generated with your user data has not been marked as spam.

You can change your password yourself using the form at here.

If you have problems logging in and cannot change or find out your password yourself, please contact portal@utb.cz. Please describe in the email how you proceeded during the login and, most importantly, include your name and personal study number.

A large part of the emails and messages that you receive in your email inbox are generated automatically (sender stag@utb.cz). Therefore, we strongly ask you not to respond to these messages or send replies. The Helpdesk will not respond to them.?
