Seminars: - Basic concepts and methods of physiological obstetrics - 2 hrs. - Possibilities of non-pharmacological management of the first stage of labor - 2 hours - Possibilities of non-pharmacological management of the second stage of labor - 2 hours - Presence of father or other family member at birth - 2 hours Exercises: - Homeopathy, aromatherapy, music therapy as non-pharmacological methods of labor pain relief - 4 hours - Water delivery - 2 hours Home delivery - 2 hours
