Course content

Seminars: - Primary and community health care, prevention and health care system in the Czech Republic (2 hours). - History of community midwifery (1 hour). - Prenatal care schedule for physiological pregnancy (4 hours). - Keeping medical records (1 hour). - Providing continuous care by a midwife, establishing a private PA practice (1 hour). - Midwifery equipment in a community setting (1 hour). Exercises: - Application of the midwifery care process in a community setting (1 hour). - The midwifery care process for a woman during pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium (11 hours). - Management in midwifery (1 hour). - Education, provision of advice, support and psychological approach in midwifery (1 hour).
