Course content
Seminars: - The process of caring for a pregnant woman with non-invasive and invasive examination methods in perinatology (1 hour). - The process of caring for a pregnant woman with pathologies of the umbilical cord, placenta, membranes and amniotic fluid (1 hour). - The process of caring for a pregnant woman with fetal growth restriction (FGR) (1 hour). - The process of caring for a woman with early gestosis, preeclampsia, eclampsia, HELLP syndrome (3 hours). - Exercises: - The process of caring for a woman with a disorder of the duration of pregnancy - miscarriage, premature birth, post-term pregnancy (3 hours). - The process of caring for a woman with multiple pregnancy (1 hour). - The process of caring for a pregnant woman with Rh-isoimmunization of the fetus (1 hour). - The process of caring for a woman with heart and blood vessel disease (brief overview, NYHA). Hypertension in pregnancy (1 hour). - The process of caring for a woman with diseases of the blood (1 hour). - Bleeding conditions in obstetrics, DIC, embolic events, PA care (2 hours). - Irregularities in the III. and IV. DP, birth injuries, PA care (1 hour). - Gastrointestinal tract diseases, PA care (1 hour). - Endocrine diseases (DM, ŠŽ), PA care (1 hour). - Excretory system diseases, PA care (1 hour). - Acute care for women in shock states (unconsciousness, shock state) (1 hour). - The process of caring for women in the perioperative period - obstetric operations (1 hour). - Dead fetus syndrome, birth outside a medical facility, PA care (1 hour).
