Course content
Lectures: - History. Examination of client / patient - 2 hours - Total examination, examination of head and neck, chest and respiratory system - 2 hours - Heart and vascular system examination - 2 hours - Examination of the abdomen and digestive tract - 2 hours - Examination of liver, gallbladder and pancreas - 2 hours - Examination of kidneys and urinary tract - 2 hours - Examination methods in haematopoietic diseases - 2 hours - Examination of the locomotor system - 2 hours Seminars: - Role of midwife in monitoring of subjective and objective symptoms characterizing deviation from health - history of taking - 3 hours - Physical examination of a woman by midwife: inspection, palpation, percussion, auscultation - 4 hours - External and internal examination methods in midwifery - 4 hours - Selected examination methods from the midwifery care of a woman during endoscopy, X-ray, CT, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, functional examination methods, isotopic examination - 5 hours
