Course content
Seminars: - Basic concepts of communication (communication process, source / receiver, feedback, noise, etc.) - 2 hours. - Verbal communication. Components of nonverbal communication and their importance in health care - 3 hours - Communication efficiency, nonverbal communication, active listening - 2 hours - Listening, empathy, communication barriers - 2 hours - Conflicts and their solution - 2 hours - Ert Assertive communication - 2 hours - The art of persuasion. Body language - 2 hours Exercises: - Most common problems and misunderstandings in communication - 3 hours - Specifics of communication in the profession - 3 hours - Communication with parents after perinatal loss - 3 hours - Communication with patients with specific needs - 3 hours - Communication with problem patients - 3 hours
