Course content
|
Exercise -Hygiene regime, barrier care, prevention of healthcare associated infections. -Healthcare documentation: basic documentation structure, mandatory nurse entries, protection of personal data, duty of confidentiality, application of patients' rights in clinical practice. -Basic nursing care: assessment of the patient's self-sufficiency, bed adjustment, hygienic care of the patient. -Positioning of the patient, hygienic emptying of the patient, care of incontinent patients, prevention of immobilization syndrome. Prevention of TEN (VTE). -Monitoring of physiological functions. -Providing nutrition to patients, monitoring weight and nutritional status in clinical practice, basic enteral nutrition by tube or nutritional stoma. -Enema, retrograde, orthograde gastrointestinal emptying, insertion of gastric probe. -Bladder catheterization in women, assistance in bladder catheterization in men. Care of permanent urinary catheter insertion, prevention of urosepsis in nursing care. -Sampling of biological material.
