Seminars - Definition of ophthalmology, basic terms, advanced terminology. Eye anatomy and physiology, etiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology, diagnostics and treatment of selected eye diseases. - 3 lectures. - Definition of dermatovenerology, basic terms, advanced terminology. Skin anatomy and physiology, etiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology, diagnostics and treatment of selected dermatovenerologic diseases. Medical signs, dermatovenerological disease therapy, basic therapeutic procedures. - 3 lectures. - Otorhinolaryngology, basic terms, advanced terminology. Anatomy and physiology of throat, nose, and ear, symptomatology, diagnostics and treatment of selected otorhinolaryngological diseases. Medical signs and therapy of ear, nose, and throat diseases, basic therapeutic procedures. - 3 lectures. - Medical signs, examination methods, therapy of children and adults with swollen adenoids and tonsils, with acute otitis - 1 lecture. - Hearing impairment - disorder compensation, tracheostomy, injuries, reconstruction surgery - 2 lectures. - Definition of stomatology, basic terms, advanced terminology. Anatomy and physiology of stomatology. Oral cavity and tooth diseases, etc. - 2 lectures. Tutorials - Treatment of patients with eye diseases. - 2 lectures. - The specifics of nursing work at a dermatovenerological ward - 1 lecture. - Treatment of patients with eczema, psoriasis, ulcers, skin cancer - 2 lectures. - Treatment of patients with sexually transmitted diseases - 1 lecture. - The specifics of nursing work and nursing care at otorhinolaryngological ward - 1 lecture. - Treatment of patients with swollen adenoids and tonsils, with acute otitis, with injuries, with tumors, after reconstruction surgeries, with tracheostomy - 2 lectures. - The specifics of nursing work at stomatology ward - 1 lecture. - Education of parents about children injury prevention - 1 lecture. - Treatment of patients with hearing, vision, and speech impairment - 1 lecture. - Internship at selected wards - 5 lectures.
