Course content
Lectures - Pedagogy and education, basic terminology - 1 hour. - Pedagogical principles of educational influence. Components of education - 1 hour. - Teaching methods - 1 hour. - Pedagogy in modern society. Relationship between pedagogy and nursing - 1 hour. - Didactics in nursing - 1 hour. - Educational process and its phases - 1 hour. - A nurse as a lecturer - 1 hour. Tutorials - Development of pedagogical skills and competences for the management of education (2 h.). - Preparing a nurse for education. Objectives of education (2 h.). - Preparation of an educational plan (2 h.). - Specifics of education in preventive care, children, seniors (2 h.). - Specifics of educating patients with a multicultural background (1 h.). - Specifics of education of patients with mental and mental illnesses (1 h.). - Nurse mentoring (general) (2 h.). - Preparation of workshop, seminar, conference (2 h.).
