Course content
Seminars - The basics of academic etiquette and ethics, academic degrees and their writing - 1 hour. - Characteristics of individual written assignments: abstract, review, essay, case report, seminary paper and papers - 1 hour. - Basic prerequisites for writing an assignment. Professional text and its content-thematic and language-compositional structure. Copyright - 1 hour. - Form of written assignments at the Department of Health Care Sciences (characters, font, language, paper, margins, standard page, range, text orientation) - 1 hour. - Creating a PowerPoint presentation. Communication skills during a presentation. Ethical issues related to a presentation - 1 hour. - General citation principles, citation standard ČSN ISO 690, rules for creating citations according to this standard. Electronic databases - 3 hours.
