Seminars - Definition of nutrition, dietetics and diet therapy - 1 hour. - Nutrition of healthy people. Principles and rules of rational nutrition. Prevention of diseases in terms of a proper nutrition - 1 hour. - Nutritional history, nutritional diagnostics - 1 hour. - Nutrition of people with specific diseases - 1 hour. - Types of diets and their principles - 1 hour. - Parenteral and enteral nutrition - 1 hour. - Breastfeeding - 1 hour. - Legislative requirements for hygiene of catering in hospitals, nutritional toxicology - 1 hour. - Education of patients in the field of nutrition - 1 hour. - Nursing plan for patients in the field of nutrition care - 1 hour.
