Course content
- Definition of basic nursing terminology - 1 hours - Characteristics of modern nursing - 1 hour - Nursing as art and science. Position of nursing in the system of sciences - 1 hour - Development of nursing and nursing education in the Czech Republic and abroad - 1 hours - Important personalities of nursing and nursing education - 1 hours - Concept of Czech nursing (general characteristics and legal norms). Regulation of the medical profession- 1 hours - Nursing education. Accreditation of educational programs - 1 hours - The position and function of nurses in the system of health and preventive care - 1 hours - Nursing competence, teamwork and responsibility in providing nursing care - 1 hours - National register of healthcare workers. Professional national and international nursing organizations, their content and importance for the development of nursing and for the development of the profession - 1 hours.
