Course content

Lecture topics: 1. Introduction to the subject. Basic anatomical orientation of the human body, anatomical terminology. Basic overview of tissues. 2. Anatomy of the passive musculoskeletal system I. (axial skeleton, skull, appendicular skeleton, joints). 3. Anatomy of the active musculoskeletal system I. (structure and classification of muscles, muscle groups). 4. Cardiovascular system I. (structure of the heart, blood circulation). 5. Cardiovascular system II. (structure and classification of blood vessels, blood; lymphatic system). 6. Respiratory system (nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses, nasopharynx, larynx, lungs, pleura, mediastinum). 7. Digestive system (oral cavity, pharynx, oesophagus, stomach, intestines, associated glands). 8. Urinary and reproductive system I. (kidneys, ureters, bladder, urethra). 9. Urinary and reproductive system II. (male and female reproductive organs). 10. Endocrine system 11. Nervous system I. (peripheral nervous system). 12. Nervous system I. (central nervous system). 13. Sensory organs. Integumentary system. Seminar topics: 1. Tissues (classification, structure, function). 2. Passive musculoskeletal system I. (classification of bones, skeleton, joint structure, division, movements). 3. Active musculoskeletal system I. (classification, structure, and function of muscles, overview of skeletal muscles). 4. Cardiovascular system I. (structure of the heart, conduction system, ECG curve). 5. Cardiovascular system II (classification and structure of blood vessels, vascular system, blood circulation, lymphatic system). 6. Respiratory system (sinuses, vocal apparatus, bronchial tree, respiratory volumes). 7. Digestive system (teeth, glands associated with the digestive system, enterohepatic circulation) . 8. Urinary and reproductive systems I. (nephron, urinary tract - structure and function). 9. Urinary and reproductive systems II. (male and female reproductive systems, ovarian and menstrual cycles, 10. Endocrine system. 11. Nervous system I. (division of the nervous system, spinal and cranial nerves, sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems). 12. Nervous system II. (CNS, anatomy of the brain and spinal cord). 13. Sensory organs of the skin. Anatomy of the eye and ear.
