Course content
- The system of nursing care in neonatology, organization of work in the neonatal department from the point of view of midwife - 2 hours. - Division of perinatal period and classification of newborns - developmental periods of newborns and nursing care of newborns - 4 hours - Anatomical and physiological peculiarities of a mature and immature newborn - characteristics of a mature newborn and its physical characteristics, characteristics of immaturity and immaturity of functions and nursing care of midwife - 4 hours. - Early postpartum period - changes in blood circulation after birth, mechanisms of breathing initiation, removal of lung fluid, clinical picture of postpartum adaptation of newborn, thermoregulation and nursing care of midwife - 4 hours. - Newborn nutrition - principles of natural nutrition, artificial preparations replacing breast milk, nutrition of premature newborns, feeding techniques of premature babies - nursing care of midwife - 4 hours - First treatment of the newborn in the delivery room by a midwife, physiological newborn - 2 hours. - First contact of the parent couple with the newborn child and midwife intervention in this period - 2 hours - Individualization of newborn care, developmental specifics of neonatal period and nursing care of midwife - 2 hours
