Course content
- An excursion into the history of the creation of social services and the creation of valid legislation. Current legislative anchoring of social services. - Basic terminology (social service, social situation, social event, social problem, social inclusion, social exclusion, natural social environment, adverse social situation, providing social services, user of social services). - Types, forms and methods of providing social services. - Basic activities in the providing of social services. - Basic and professional social counselling. Social care services. Social prevention services. - Contract for the providing of social services. - Financing of social services. - Social worker and worker in social services in the context of current legislation. Health and social care worker and his role in social services. - Care allowance. - Quality standards in social services, inspection. - Individual plan and individual planning. - Transformation of social services. - Current topics in the field of social services.
