- Upbringing and Education in a democratic society. The concept of modern pedagogy. The concept of andragogy now, its development trends. Use of pedagogy and andragogy in social work in healthcare (2h). - Specifics, goals and means of education and training (education) in social work in health care (1h). - Forms and methods of educating clients - children and adolescents (1h). - Forms and methods of educating adult clients (1h). - Gerontopedagogy. Pedagogical strategies for the activation of seniors (1h). - Education of the client's family (close ones) (1h). - Motivation of clients and their loved ones, social support for clients and their loved ones from the point of view of a health and social care worker/social worker (2h). - Establishing contact with the client and his loved ones. Pedagogical aspects of verbal and non-verbal communication of the health and social care worker/social worker with the client and his loved ones (2h). - Learning (self-education) as a lifelong process. Health and social care worker/social worker as lecturer. Preparation and implementation of the educational event (2h). - Self-reflection, self-knowledge and self-improvement (self-education and self-education) of a health and social care worker/social worker (1h).
