Course content
- Outdoor school - concept and focus of outdoor schools. - The role of outdoor school in educational work with children at primary level. - Legislation related to outdoor schools, principles of first aid, survival in nature. - Organization of outdoor school. - Organizational and methodological preparation. - Principles of safety in the implementation of outdoor school. - Realization of various forms of staying in nature with a focus on summer outdoor school. - Organization of trips, camping, nature orientation and topography. - Outdoor activities and games. - Meeting, team and creative activities. - Use of projects and thematic teaching in the conditions of outdoor school. - Physical activities, work with natural materials. - Non-traditional physical and educational activities using elements of education through experience. - Reflection and its role in educational work.
