Course content
- Preparation of the organism for physical activity. - Athletic alphabet. - High and low start. - Walking - the right technique. - Endurance running - technique and methodology of training. - Activities aimed at developing endurance. - Sprint - technique and methodology of training. - Activities aimed at developing speed. - Obstacle course - preparatory exercises and basics of technique. - Relay exchange downsweep - Long jump - technique and methodology of training. - Ball throw - technique and methodology of training. - Activities aimed at developing strength. - Organization and provision of children's competitions.
