Course content
- Physical culture and its subsystems. - Development of physical culture in the Czech Republic and abroad. - The needs of a child of younger school age in relation to physical activities. - Anchoring physical education in Framework Education Programme for Basic Education. - Current topics of physical education. The health-oriented concept of school physical education. - Motor skills and their developing. - Testing of motor skills in children of younger school age. - Motor skills. - Physiology of physical load. - Support and movement system. - Physical exercises and their classification. - Relaxing, stretching and strengthening exercises and the principles of their implementation at a younger school age. - Basics of physical education. Evaluation of posture and selected movement habits. - Physical education in children with a disability.
