- Social and pedagogical communication - theoretical background. - Functions of pedagogical communication. - Teacher's interaction style. - Verbal and nonverbal communication - its aspects and specifics in the school environment. - Empathy, assertiveness, transaction analysis. - Teacher in communication with a parent, colleague, founder. - Dialogic teaching - questions, reflection.
