Course content
- Target focus and tasks of the educational field of history in primary and secondary education. - Terminological definition of key terms - historical thinking, historical analysis, historical interpretation, historical literacy, etc. - Research approaches to history and creative work with sources, their application in history teaching. - Content of the educational field of history (history curriculum) as a didactic category. - Didactic goal, competencies and key competencies in teaching history. - Methods and organizational forms in teaching history. - Didactic means and aids and mechanisms of their use in teaching history (especially the use of photography and film). - Interdisciplinary relationships and their application in streamlining the teaching of history. - Textbooks and teaching materials for teaching history in primary and secondary school. - Teacher preparation for teaching. Pupils' motivation, evaluation in history.
