Course content
- School system, strategic goals and current information on education including basic school legislation and compulsory school documentation. - Rights and responsibilities of pupils/legal guardians. - Classroom management strategies, dealing with problem pupils. - Competencies of the class teacher - the teacher as classroom manager and leader to create conditions conducive to pupil participation in class activities. - Selected areas of classroom management - teacher's planning before and at the beginning of the school year, teacher's administrative activities, compulsory documentation of the class teacher, classroom/classroom organization, development of classroom rules, educational measures and solving problem situations in the classroom.
