- History of physical culture. - Development of theory and practice of physical culture and its basic means (physical exercises) from ancient times to the present. - Physical culture as a specific part of cultural society. - Olympic games. - Exercise without tools. - Exercise on tools (hanging, climbing, clones, jumps, exercise with tools.) - Swedish system - medical focus and therapeutic gymnastics. - Sport as a biological-social phenomenon and social phenomenon. - YMCA (Young Men's Christian Association). - Pierre de Fredi de Coubertin. - Sokol movement. - The Scout movement. - The development of sports sciences and the increasing contribution of scientific and technological progress to the growth of sports performance and fitness. - The importance and meaning of sport in the life of man and society.
