Research, methodology, method. - Creation of a research project and its phases. - Quantitative research: - starting points, strengths, limitations; - research questions and hypotheses; - research file; - research methods: questionnaire, scaling, observation, content analysis, experiment; - data processing. - Quality research: - starting points, strengths, limitations; - qualitative research streams; - strategies and procedures; - research questions and selection of participants; - research methods: unstructured observation, unstructured and semi-structured interview, narrative interview; - data processing.
