Course content
Education financing legislation in the Czech Republic. Principles of funding regional education (funding sources from the point of view of the type of kindergarten). Establishment, changes and cancellation of schools and school facilities. Planning, management and control of funding in kindergartens. Structure of the budget proposal. Basic principles of kindergarten accounting. Human resources, wage regulations, wage agenda. Additional activity in kindergarten conditions. Subsidies, international projects, development programs and their possibilities of use in kindergarten. Project and project management (planning, goals, processing, role of the project implementation team, control and evaluation of the project).

Learning activities and teaching methods
  • Participation in classes - 30 hours per semester
  • Preparation for course credit - 60 hours per semester
  • Term paper - 90 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 70 hours per semester
