- Educational policy in the EU and the Czech Republic. - Strategic and curricular documents at the national level. - International legal norms in the context of the Czech education system. - Legal order of the Czech Republic. - Legislation in the practice of a kindergarten director (School Act, Act on Pedagogical Workers, Labor Code). - Mandatory school documentation. - Control in kindergarten conditions. - Internal school documentation, guidelines and regulations. - Issues of school management and evaluation and relevant documentation.
