Course content
|
1. Terminology and theoretical concepts (experience, learning cycle, comfort zone) in the field of experiential education. 2. Receiving and giving feedback (reflection) as an integral part of the experiential learning process. 3. The phenomenon of play in experiential education. 4. Basic types of program tools in experiential education and their potential use in formal education (key competencies). 5. Principles of program and course design, implementation, and evaluation (dramaturgy). 6. Group work, group dynamics, stages of group development, and the significance of small groups. 7. Team collaboration (member roles and positions, group leadership styles, motivation, and group atmosphere). 8. Interaction and communication, facilitation, and levels of intervention. 9. Ethical aspects of working with experience and its reflection.
