- Basic concepts of foreign language education and their relationships - Basic theories of foreign language teaching - Goals, content, and system of foreign language education in primary education in the Czech Republic - Goals, content, and system of foreign language education in primary education abroad - Development of competencies in foreign language education - Learning strategies in linguodidactics - Requirements placed on the personality of English language teachers in primary education - Characteristics and needs of younger students affecting the course and outcomes of English language teaching at primary school level - Planning and organization of English language teaching in primary education
