Course content
- School-family cooperation - definition of key concepts. - The history and present of the school-family relationship in our country and the world. - Family and parents as actors of the school-family relationship. - Levels of the kindergarten-family relationship (personal and organizational). - Teachers and children as actors in the school-family relationship. - Arguments for the development of the school-family relationship. - Disputable aspects of school-family relationships. - Specifics of the school-family relationship in pre-primary and primary education. - Transition from kindergarten to primary school as a specific agenda of school-family cooperation. - Forms of school-family cooperation - possibilities and risks. - Types of parents according to their relationships to the school about the conditions of kindergarten. - Communication - the basis of school-family relationships. - Interview: teacher-parent. Class meeting - meeting with parents. - Parents' associations, parents' councils, foreign experiences.
