Course content
- Basic terminology, fundaments and sources of law in social area - Public service (term, system, institution). - Municipalities and regions in the public service system(position, rights and organisation). - Administrative code (relations to other codes, administrative procedures, administrative jurisdiction). - Socio-legal child and youth protection. - Family law (parents duties, alimony, fostering, custody, compensatory care, relation to Civil Procedure Code). - Eligibility for social welfare (legal perspective, related regulations, conditions). - Social welfare. - Social benefits and social care. - Pension and health insurance. - State social welfare. - Employment and Labour Law in relation to Social welfare. - Other related law regulations.
