Course content
- Basic terms (maturity, learning society, lifelong learning, education, needs, barriers). - Application of Adult Education and its position in the system of scientific disciplines, the relationship between adult education and pedagogy subdiscipline, importance and problems of adult education. - Legislation, policy documents, policies. - The objectives specifics of adult education. - Training of working age. - Education for Seniors - gerontopedagogy. - Adult education special social groups (minorities, socially-disadvantaged, exclusion). - Interest Adult Education. - Adult education in pedagogy, social services, non-profit sector.
