Course content
- Basic concepts (curriculum, theory of education with emphasis on constructivist theories, graduate competences), basic androdidactic categories (teaching goal, teaching methods, organizational forms of teaching, evaluation of educational results). - Stages of educational programme development, pilot version of the programme, zero version of the programme, implementation version of the programme, factors limiting the development of the educational programme. - The process of creating an educational programme - selected procedures according to different authors. Analysis of training needs, analysis of training participants. - Educational objective as a basic unit of an educational programme (the importance of objectives in the development of an educational programme, categorization of objectives, characteristics of educational objectives, taxonomy of educational objectives). - Content of the educational programme. Evaluation of the educational programme. - Educational evaluation, evaluation of educational outcomes, Kirkpatrick's model of educational evaluation, barriers to educational evaluation.
