1. Terminology in the field of logistics. 2. Terminology in the field of human resources (employees, personnel department, employment contracts). 3. Terminology from the field of management (negotiation, management). 4. Terminology from the field of marketing (advertising, sales support, advertising campaigns). 5. Export - import. Trading abroad, complete delivery. 6. The process of processing the order (transport of shipments from the manufacturer to the destination, shipment insurance, Incoterm conditions, dispatch, packaging of goods, practical training in ordering a suitable carrier). 7. Solving problems and complaints (types of complaints, handling misunderstandings, urging payment, reminder). 8. General Terms and Conditions. 9. Contracts (types of contracts, breach of contract). 10. Trade fairs (types, meaning, goals, presentation of the company and product at the trade fair).

The student will become familiar with running the business and trade execution, ie. he will be able to find suitable goods (trade fairs, the Internet), to agree terms of delivery, and understand the contract of sale, place an order, select the appropriate mode of transport, including the delivery of all necessary shipping documents, prepare an invoice and may be given to solve problems associated with the delivery (delayed payment, delayed delivery , complaint, etc.). The student is able to translate business requirements and a simple contract and is able to communicate on the issues discussed by phone (practical training mode). |
