- Morphology as a linguistic discipline - Classification of words - morph, morphem, affixes - Verbs, Classification of morphological criteria - Verbs, Classification of semantic criteria - Nouns, morphological description - Nouns, semantic description - Adjectives - Article and Pronouns - Adverbs, Prepositions, Conjunctions, Particles, Interjections

learning outcomes
The student has knowledge of important morphological phenomena of modern German language. He/she can characterize the discipline morphology, define its basic concepts, cathegories and problems, as well as describe the area of interest and use. The student knows the systems of word categorisation and is able to evaluate them critically and he/she can make a morphologic analysis of the words in a text. The student can use the grammar of the morphology described for level B2-C1 properly.
