Course content
Introduction. Theories of Culture. Culture as Representation. Key Events from British History. Colonialism and British Empire. Immigration and Minorities in the U.K. Regional Identities and Divisions. Politics and Foreign Policy. Economy and Economics. Class and Attitudes.
