Course content
- Terminology in the field of logistics. - Terminology in the field of human resources (employees, personnel department, employment contracts). - Terminology in the field of management (conducting meetings, management). - Marketing terminology (advertising, sales promotion, advertising campaigns). - Export - import. Trading abroad, complete delivery. - The process of processing the order (transport of shipments from the manufacturer to the destination, shipment insurance, Incoterm conditions, dispatch, packaging of goods, practical training in ordering a suitable carrier). - Solving problems and complaints (types of complaints, handling misunderstandings, urging payment, reminder). - General Terms and Conditions. - Contracts (types of contracts, breach of contract). - Trade fairs (types, meaning, goals, presentation of the company and product at the trade fair).
