1. Introduction to the issue of quality management, history of QMS. 2. Principles of the quality management system. 3. Concept based on ISO standards, TQM principles, industry standards. 4. Benefits of SJ certification. 5. EU approaches to quality assurance and conformity assessment. 6. Economy of quality, cost of quality. 7. Quality planning - content and scope. 8. Improving quality management. 9. Quality audits, their essence. 10. Computerized quality support. 11. Legal standards of quality assurance. 12. Environment and quality. 13. Integrated management system. 14. Trends in the development of quality management.
