Course content

1. Introductory information (course content, continuity of study, relevance to practice). 2. Repeating the creation of surface elements. 3. Introduction of the Core and Cavity Design module, demonstration of work on a sample component, exercises. 4. Introduction of Mold Tooling Design module, demonstration of work in creating a form and formwork. 5. Shaped plate creation for more complex parts, workflow from model to mold parts, exercise. 6. Exercise of form plate creation for more complex parts - continuation. 7. Formation of the side parting plane. 8. Two subdivision planes, exercise. 9. Complete design of shape inserts. 10. Completion of design, test preparation. 11. Test. 12. Core and Cavity check, repeat. 13. Complete injection mould cavity creation refresher. 14. Credit, test.
