Course content
1. Repeating the creation of the model in the CATIA program. 2. Getting to know the Assembly design environment. Creating assemblies and subassemblies. Inserting finished parts, assemblies. Handling them. Links FIX, COINCIDENCE. 3. Creating blocks and blocks of injection molds using Boolean operations and the Core and cavity design module. 4. Links CONTACT, OFFSET, ANGLE, QUICK. Applying commands to a simple assembly. 5. Inserting standardized parts from the database. Bond and degrees of freedom analyses. 3D assembly section. Use of the Mold tooling design module in the creation of mold assemblies from standardized parts. Inserting and editing 3D parts from other programs (e.g. HASCO DAKO Module). 6. TEST 1. Creating and assembling an assembly and sub-assemblies from finished and standardized parts. 7. Getting to know the Drafting environment (drawings). Creating drawings, inserting frames and stamps, changing and setting formats. Inserting and creating views from 3D. 8. Creation of sections and cross-sections. Quotation. Editing and setting dimension properties. 9. Creation of details, insertion of text, marks and symbols. Generating positions. 10. Practicing the discussed orders on a specific case. 11. TEST 2. Creating a part drawing from a 3D model. 12. Creation and generation of the parts list. EXPLODE command. 13. Getting to know the Digital mockup environment. Creation of animations in the environment of individual Digital mockup modules (DMU Navigator, DMU Kinematics, etc.) 14. TEST3 (CREDIT TEST). Creation of an assembly and its drawing.
