Course content
1. Work safety in the technological laboratory, organization and teaching plan. 2. Historical types of footwear and haberdashery production methods. 3. Cut solutions for different types of footwear. 4. Technology of manual production of frame ordinary shoes. 5. Materials for manual production of frame ordinary shoes. 6. Preparation of top, lining and stiffening parts of the upper. 7. Production of uppers for frame ordinary shoes. 8. Selection of the hoof, production of the tension insole. 9. Production of an abdoche, a dowel and a sewing frame. 10. Hand sewing - demonstration of joining technique, practical training. 11. Pre-tensioning of the upper part of the hoof, assembly of the heel and the stud. 12. Making the connection of the upper with the bottom of the shoe, stitching, making soles. 13. Attaching the midsole - sewing and gluing the sole, adjusting the edges of the bottom, finishing the half pair.
